Refund/Return policy

1.      RETURN PERIOD

Customers may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving their order.

2.      RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returned items must:

·         Be unworn

·         Be unused

·         Be unwashed

·         Have all original tags attached

·         Be returned in their original condition and packaging

3.      NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

·         Personalized or custom-made products

·         Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

·         Hygiene-sensitive products where applicable

5.      RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

6.      REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

7.      DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the issue.
